At Duh for garden & home, we take pride in the exceptional quality & craftsmanship of our furniture. Our attention to detail in design, material and construction is unyielding. And so is our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Please note that proof of purchase is required for a refund. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Credit Card purchases are refundable within 7 days. Purchases with cash or check are available for store credit within 30 days. 

When returning an item, pack your return securely and be sure to ship it via insured US Mail or UPS Ground. Retain your shipping receipt for your records and email a copy of the ups tracking number to info@duhpensacola.com. Please include your name, the item description and the tracking number. 

Special Orders

Special orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. Full payment for all special orders must be made at the time the order is placed.
