  • what does DUH mean? Duh is a fun and non-pretentious term from the late 90's. Over dinner & discussion with friends, the whimsical term collided and resonated with both partners. In that moment, the business was named Duh!

  • do you have any other locations? Not yet. We are a single, free-standing store located at 501. North 9th Ave. in Pensacola, Fl.

  • what types of products do you carry? Our assortment spans from art, apparel, accessories, candles, lamps, rugs, seating, sofas, tables, outdoor, plants, pots, and so much more. Every season our selection is curated from all over the world. We take pride in the abundance of the offerings we showcase for the Emerald Coast and the southeast.

  • do you ship? We ship via USPS and UPS ground. All shipping costs are added once the item has been securely packaged, measured and weighed.

    do you deliver?

    At Duh, we strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service and flexibility, every time. All of our furniture items will be delivered inside your home by our white glove delivery team, where we’ll carefully unpack and inspect each item, place it in your room of choice, and provide assembly. For added convenience, all packing materials will be removed.

    When placing an in-store order, please provide a daytime phone number to arrange a delivery appointment. Once your custom order has arrived at Duh, we will contact you to set the date for delivery. We ask that you inspect your delivery and provide a signature upon receipt.

  • can I special order items? Yes, many of our lines are custom. Please note that custom orders may take 2-10 weeks depending on the product line. Please inquire with an associate about the time frame on your custom order.

  • do you sell items from the floor stock? All stocked items in our showrooms are available to purchase.

  • do you gift wrap? Gift wrapping any purchase in our chocolate and green branded gift packaging is our pleasure.
